So Many Recipes to Choose From!! Personally, I love easy, throw it all in a pot meals. Especially for the fall/winter seasons. I was worried it would be heavy on the soups/stews, but it is really very well rounded in the types of recipes. I’m so happy I preordered!Compliant With So-So Recipes I fully support the Whole30 process and follow a Paleo diet. I was looking for new slow-cooker recipes and was hoping I would find some in this book. Tried several and found them lacking flavor. I expected to find recipes that could be used in either the slow-cooker or Instant Pot. Instead, it's either or. Unless I missed it, I couldn't find directions to adapt the recipes use in the other appliance. Returned the book.Best Whole30 Cookbook YET! My favorite Whole30 cookbook yet. All of the recipes sound and look so delicious and everything is done in my favorite appliance- a slow cooker!!! I was hesitant thinking what else could be put in a slow cooker besides roasts and such - well let me tell you. There’s TONS and you need this book to find out what you and a slow cooker are capable of! This book is going to make my me be more prepared during my next whole30 round - and it will make my Food Freedom feel a lot more free!
